KAMLOOPS - As strange as this seems, the Thompson Rivers University WolfPack women’s volleyball team is hitting its home court for the first time in 2017 this weekend.

The WolfPack (6-8) are back home for Canada West matches on the Warner Rentals court this Friday and Saturday (Jan 27-28) against the University of Regina Cougars (3-13).

The Cougars have won their last two outings while TRU is coming off a bye week.

Griffins come into Kenyon for two against the Cougars

CALGARY - The Cougars have to get off their current three-game losing streak now if they want to have a shot at a second consecutive postseason berth. Two wins this weekend could vault Mount Royal into a playoff spot, depending on the other results around the conference.

CALGARY - The No. 6 University of Calgary Dinos women's volleyball team returns home to the Jack Simpson Gymnasium after consecutive successful weekends on the road. Currently tied for third place in Canada West, the Dinos look to continue their strong 2016-17 campaign.
They face a tough matchup this week as the No. 4 UBC Thunderbirds are in town for a two game series. With both teams sporting identical records, the results of this weekend will go a long way in determining seeding for Canada West Playoffs.
