KELOWNA - The UBC Okanagan women's volleyball team will be playing in a playoff atmosphere this weekend at home when the host the 13-1 Trinity Western Spartans in a Canada West showdown. These two powerhouses will take the court in Kelowna on Friday 6 p.m. and then on Saturday at 5 p.m.



Huskies host No. 1 Alberta

SASKATOON - The No. 1 team in the nation heads to Saskatoon this weekend looking to keep up their winning ways, as the Alberta Pandas travel to the University of Saskatchewan to take on the Huskies Friday and Saturday.



Cougars, Winnipeg to meet Friday, Saturday at CKHS

REGINA - The University of Regina hosts Winnipeg this weekend at the Centre for Kinesiology, Health & Sport with matches on Friday night (6:00) and Saturday night (5:00). It's the penultimate weekend for Cougar volleyball at the CKHS, as the only other home matches remaining on the schedule are set for Feb. 3 and Feb. 4 against MacEwan.



UBC aims to keep pace atop gridlocked conference

VANCOUVER - The UBC Thunderbirds return home to host the Mt. Royal Cougars on Friday at 6:00pm PST and Saturday at 5:00pm PST, and are looking to maintain third place in the tightly contested Canada West.

On Saturday night the Thunderbirds will honour one of their players with the Rick Hansen Difference Maker Scholarship. The Man in Motion is a proud UBC alumni and a huge fan and supporter of Thunderbirds volleyball.
